Texas Branch of AALAS conducts an Animal Research and Education Awareness Program at our annual meeting predominately to inform high school students about the importance of quality animal care and research. Our hope is to instill the importance of animal research and how it advances human and animal health and to provide students' a view of the career opportunities in the research and animal industries.
