Edstrom Receives ISO 9001:2008 Registration

Edstrom Industries is well known within the U.S. and, increasingly, throughout the world as a full service provider of high quality animal watering, environmental monitoring and water purification solutions. Our customers trust Edstrom products to eliminate variables and maintain consistency in their processes. The ISO 9001 standard, to which Edstrom has recently become registered, defines our process approach to implementing and supporting a quality management system and helps us to eliminate variables and maintain consistency in our own processes.
Our adoption of ISO 9000 standards assures our customers in the pharmaceutical, academic, government and biotech fields worldwide that comprehensive quality systems are in place within our organization. The Edstrom Management Team has developed measurable quality objectives encompassing every facet of the business with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Consistent with the quality policy, Edstrom monitors and analyzes our documented processes and implements any modifications needed to achieve our quality objectives and to ensure continuous improvement. Input to the system regarding improvements, corrections or preventive actions is encouraged and becomes implemented with management approval. Information kiosks and internal communications keep employees apprised of the processes and improvements.
