Bruce Williamson joined Edstrom Industries last September in the new role of QA Validation Consultant. Bruce will be responsible for developing Validation Services to aid both our GLP and non-GLP customers in optimizing the operation of Edstrom Industries equipment, and integrating it in the customer's operational procedures to maintain the highest performance standards. He will also be assisting in the Edstrom Industries internal efforts of driving for continual quality improvements. Bruce has a BSEET in Electronics Engineering and 18 years of experience in the engineering, manufacturing, and service of FDA compliant medical devices at GE Medical Systems. His latest role at GE was Quality Manager over of the Accessories business where they sourced, integrated, and validated accessory products for use with the core diagnostic imaging systems such as MR, CT, and Angiography systems. In his free time Bruce enjoys motorcycle touring, camping and remote control airplanes. When the Wisconsin weather prevents enjoying the outdoors, then he enjoys roasting coffee blends, making beer, wines, and cheeses and learning new “self sufficiency” skills. One of the next on the list is learning to make soaps.
Gary Hayek started working at Edstrom in September as a Service Technician covering the East coast. You may have seen him in CT, NC, or MA installing and performing preventive maintenance work. Gary brings with him 14 years of experience in industrial maintenance. He is retired after 24 years of US Navy Submarine Service in electronics and weapons. Bass fishing and hunting are Gary's favorite pastimes.
Dave Linquist joined Edstrom as a Service Technician in May. He provides great service support and preventive maintenance visits in southern California. Prior to working at Edstrom, Dave installed monitoring equipment for an SBC contractor and is a retired Naval electronics technician. In his free time, Dave enjoys making things out of stained glass and is now taking flying lessons.
